E-bike almost done, please help with final issue: Throttle
Turn throttle. Hub motor Not work. No error code that display on S830 LCD.

Should check below:
1. There is a " 5 or 4 or 3 or 2 or 1 or 0" on the Left side of LCD.
* Be "0" – throttle NOT work. Should be 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5

2. If please check brake lever if be ON. It's braking. "-O-"

3. Check P09 and P10

P09 should be 0
P09 = 0 (zero start) - When motor stops, turn throttle, works.
P09 = 1 (Non-zero start) - When throttle, not work. Should push wheel and let motor to turn first, then turn throttle, works.

P10 should be 2
P10 = 0 (ONLY PAS works, throttle Not work)
P10 = 1 (ONLY throttle works, PAS Not work)
P10 = 2 (PAS and throttle, both of them work)
