The hub motor works very well but with E7

Question: connected hub motor to the controller and everything up correctly and the display powers on perfectly well but LCD display E7?

Answer: This kind of three mode sine wave controller can work in sine wave, square wave, no hall status.

Works very well, but LCD display E7. The issue comes from big white plug with red, black, green,blue, yellow wires. One of wire or pin isn't connected well. Or the pin was bent. As below picture:
